在线颜色测量及控制系统在装饰原纸生产中的应用

Application of On-line Color Measurement and Control System in the Production of Decorative Base Paper

针对特种装饰原纸生产中颜色监测及控制的难题,提出了一种实用的在线颜色测量控制方案,并结合山东某企业的实际情况,分析了该方案的应用效果。结果表明:改进的方案能较好地实现装饰原纸的在线测量和颜色控制,值得推广和应用。

Focusing on the problem of on-line color measurement and cont rol in the production of decorative base paper,a usef ul method for the color measu rement and cont rol is proposed in this paper.Then it analyzed the application effect according with the actual working condition of a papermaking enterprise in Shandong.The application effect indicated that the improved method has a satisfactory effect for on-line color measurement in the production of decorative base paper and it is worth applying and recommending.
