信息化迈向智慧化助推临床高质量发展

Promoting High-quality Clinical Development through the Transition from Informatization to Intellectualization

在我国公立医院面临高质量发展要求的背景下,信息技术从基础支撑逐渐转变为重要引擎。医院信息化建设提升了临床效率,规范了工作流程,但在辅助医疗质量提升方面的局限性也日益明显,亟需实现从信息化到智慧化的转型升级,开创智慧医疗新局面,促进临床业务高质量发展。通过对新形势下临床智慧化建设面临的挑战和普遍问题进行分析,从业务系统建设、数据整合利用、医疗质量管理、信息开放共享、智能服务决策、强化安全防护等6个方面提出了临床信息化到智慧化的解决路径,梳理了智慧临床高质量发展的关键因素。

Under the background that China's public hospitals are facing the requirements of high-quality development,the role of information technology has gradually changed from basic support to an important engine.Hospital informatization has improved clinical efficiency and standardized work flow,however,its limitations in improving auxiliary medical quality are becoming increasingly obvious.It is urgent to transform hospital informatization to intellectualization,create a new frontier of intelligent medical treatment and thus promote high-quality clinical development.By analyzing the challenges and common problems faced by clinical intellectualization under the current background,this paper puts forward the solution path from clinical informatization to intellectualization in terms of the following six aspects:business system construction,data integration and utilization,medical quality management,opening and sharing of information,intelligent decision-making service and strengthening safety protection,and points out the key factors of high-quality intelligent clinical development.
