摘要 目的推进面向医疗健康场景的物联网应用,助力医院智慧管理建设。方法基于物联网等信息新技术,建设医院物联网网络平台和基础物联设施,支撑实现涵盖医疗物资、医护人员、典型医疗救治和护理场景、药品等方面的管理应用。结果提高了医院管理智能化能力,全院所有需要冷链管理的药品纳入冷链管理,59%的供应商实现线上线下高效协同,100%的手术耗材纳入全院统一闭环管理;实现了对3个ICU病区的多参数监护,人员综合识别准确率达到98%;卒中急救患者救治时间节省2小时,输液外渗发生率平均下降53.26%,全院腐蚀性药物输液工具选择正确率达到96%。结论通过物联网与医院信息化的融合,提升了医院在药品和耗材管理、医疗护理、质控管理和防控救治等方面的能力,推进了医院智慧管理建设。 Objective Promote the application of Internet of things(IOT)for medical and health scenarios,and help to build hospital intelligent management system.Methods Based on the IOT and other new information technologies,build the hospital IOT network platform and infrastructure to support the realization of management applications covering medical treatment,nursing,drugs,personnel,etc.Results Improve the intelligent ability of hospital management,all drugs requiring cold chain management in the hospital are included in cold chain management,achieve efficient online and offline collaboration among 59%of suppliers,and 100%of surgical consumables are included in the unified closed-loop management;the multi-parameter monitoring of three ICU Wards is realized,and the accuracy of personnel comprehensive recognition is 98%;The treatment time of stroke emergency patients is saved for 2 hours,the average decline rate of infusion extravasation is 53.26%,and the correct selection rate of corrosive drug infusion tools in the whole hospital reached 96%.Conclusion Through the integration of IoT and hospital informatization,the hospital's ability to supervise the entire process of medical treatment,management,and logistics,as well as the ability to prevent and control infectious diseases has been improved.
