鼠神经生长因子对奥沙利铂相关性神经毒性的防治效果评价

Effect of mouse nerve growth factor on oxaliplatin-related neurotoxicity

目的:观察并评价鼠神经生长因子对奥沙利铂化疗所致外周神经毒性(CIPN)的预防和治疗效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年4月在本院行结直肠癌术后接受含奥沙利铂方案化疗的40例患者为研究对象,按随机分组表分为安慰剂组(0.9%生理盐水)和观察组(鼠神经生长因子),每组各20例,采用Levi专用神经毒性分级标准评定方法对所有患者进行外周神经毒性分级评价,比较两组的评分结果。结果:与安慰剂组相比,观察组患者Levi评分降低;感觉异常、迟钝等症状消失时间明显缩短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子对奥沙利铂所导致的外周神经毒性具有明显的防治效果,可以减轻患者的感觉异常和迟钝,降低奥沙利铂的临床不良反应。

Objective:To observe and evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of mouse nerve growth factor on chemotherapy induced peripheral neurotoxicity peripheral neurotoxicity(CIPN)by oxaliplatin chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 40 patients who received oxaliplatin chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into placebo group(0.9%normal saline)and observation group(mouse nerve growth factor),with 20 cases in each group.All patients were evaluated for peripheral neurotoxicity using Levi's special neurotoxicity grading standard evaluation method,and the scores of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the placebo group,the Levi score of the observation group was decreased,the disappearance time of symptoms such as abnormal sensation and dullness was significantly shortened,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mouse nerve growth factor has a significant preventive effect on oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity,which can reduce the patient's sensory abnormalities and dullness,and reduce the clinical adverse reactions of oxaliplatin.
