摘要
目的:探究自噬蛋白在良性胸腔积液和肺癌引起的恶性胸腔积液中的表达有无差异。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术和Western-blot技术检测自噬相关蛋白Beclin-1、LC3和mTOR在良性胸腔积液标本和恶性胸腔积液标本中的表达及意义。结果:自噬相关蛋白Beclin-1和LC3在恶性积液组中的表达量均低于良性积液组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);mTOR在恶性积液组中表达量高于良性积液组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测Beclin-1、LC3和mTOR三种蛋白有助于临床化验室对胸腔积液进行性质鉴别,也有利于肺癌的早期筛查,可为临床诊断和治疗提供新思路。
Objective:To explore whether the expression of autophagy protein is different in benign pleural effusion and malignant pleural effusion caused by lung cancer.Methods:Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and Western-blot technology were used to detect the expression and significance of autophagy-related proteins Beclin-1,LC3 and mTOR in specimens of benign and malignant pleural effusions.Results:The expression levels of autophagy-related proteins Beclin-1 and LC3 in the malignant effusion group were lower than those in the benign effusion group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the expression level of mTOR in the malignant effusion group was higher than that in the benign effusion group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of the three protein of Beclin-1,LC3 and mTOR can help clinical laboratories to identify the nature of pleural effusion and is also conducive to the early screening of lung cancer,which can provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
