摘要
项目开发的排水战略的重点是应采用适当的排水系统,选用渗透塘、调节池、渗水池等设施达到减排和暴雨消峰的效果。通过分析英国可持续发展排水系统建设的经验,介绍英国可持续发展排水系统采用调节池和流量控制器相结合的措施,可很好的达到这个目标;国际上发达国家长期执行项目开发可持续性排水的效果已证明,严格执行项目可持续发展可以减少径流污染,降低项目开发对自然环境的影响,使建设和保护改善环境更加统一协调,对中国海绵城市建设具有借鉴意义。
The focus of the drainage strategy during project development is to adopt an appropriate drainage system with water storage ponds,storage pools and soakaways to achieve the effect of reducing drainage flow volume and storm peaks.By analyzing the experience of sustainable drainage system construction in the United Kingdom,the paper introduces the United Kingdom's sustainable drainage system adopting a combination of storage pools and flow control measures,which can well achieve the above-mentioned goal;there is proven evidence that the effectiveness of such Sustainable Drainage System being employed in developed nations around the world can significantly reduce run-off pollution,and limit the impact of development projects on the natural environment,allowing for project development and environmental protection to coexist,which is of reference significance for the construction of sponge cities in China.
