摘要
相较于先导孔超前预报方法,基于物探技术的地质超前预报方法具有无损、快捷、全局直观等优点,其理论和现场工作技术在传统钻爆法施工隧洞中日臻完善。近年兴起、发展的TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine)施工技术引领了隧洞开挖的创新方向,然而,因大型机械占据有限施工空间,一些超前预报方法无法适应TBM作业方式。通过技术升级和理论创新,近年来出现了一些适应于TBM掘进的地质超前预报方法。通过选取TGS360Proc超前预报法、BEAM超前预报法、三维激发极化超前预报法、HSP超前预报法、ISP超前预报法,对其基本原理、现场工作方法及其适应性和优缺点进行了分析探讨,对TBM施工前方预测提供技术指导,降低TBM卡机或被埋的事故风险。
Compared with the advance prediction method based on pilot hole,the geological advance prediction method based on geophysical prospecting technology has the advantages of no damage,rapidness and overall visualization.Its theory and field work technology are becoming more and more perfect in the traditional drilling and blasting tunnel construction.In recent years,the Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)construction technology has led to the innovation of tunnel excavation.However,some advance prediction methods cannot adapt to TBM operation because the large machinery occupies the limited construction space.Through technological upgrades and theoretical innovations,a series of geological advance prediction methods suitable for TBM construction have emerged.The paper selected TGS360Proc(tunnel geology survey)advance prediction method,BEAM(Bore-tunneling Electrical Ahead Monitoring)advance prediction method,3D induced polarization advance prediction method,HSP(Horizontal Sonic Profiling)advance prediction method and ISP(Integrated Seismic prediction)method to discuss the basic principle,on-site work methods,adaptability,advantages and disadvantages of each method,which provides technical guidance for TBM construction operations and reduces the risk of TBM jamming or being buried.
