摘要
牙髓干细胞是一类具有自我更新、多向分化、高度增殖能力的外胚间充质干细胞,可为组织器官修复和多种疾病治疗提供细胞来源。本文通过总结相关文献,对牙髓干细胞的一般生物学特性进行论述,并探讨其成骨/成牙本质、成肌/成血管和神经再生的机制,以及其在糖尿病和眼部疾患的临床前应用。同时结合了国内外有关牙髓干细胞的最新临床应用进展,给未来牙髓干细胞实现更广阔的临床转化应用提供理论及临床实践参考。
Dental pulp stem cells are a kind of ecto-mesenchymal stem cells with the ability of self-renewal,multidirectional differentiation and high proliferation,which can be used as a cell source for tissue and organ repair and treatment of many diseases.In this review,the general biological characteristics of dental pulp stem cells are reviewed,and the mechanisms of osteoblast/odontoblast,myoblast/angiogenesis,and nerve regeneration as well as their preclinical applications in diabetes mellitus and ocular diseases are discussed.At the same time,combined with the latest clinical application progress of dental pulp stem cells at home and abroad,this review is aimed to provide theoretical and clinical practice reference for broader clinical application of dental pulp stem cells in the future.
