复方利多卡因乳膏联合盐酸达泊西汀治疗原发性早泄的效果评价

目的探讨复方利多卡因乳膏联合盐酸达泊西汀治疗原发性早泄的临床疗效。方法60例原发性早泄患者随机分为A、B、C三组,每组各20例。A组给予复方利多卡因乳膏于性交前15 min外用,B组于性交前1~3 h给予盐酸达泊西汀片口服,C组予以复方利多卡因乳膏外用联合盐酸达泊西汀口服治疗。比较治疗前、治疗后4周三组患者的阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)、早泄诊断量表(PEDT)评分、患者及其伴侣的性生活满意度和不良事件发生情况。结果治疗4周后,三组患者的IELT较治疗前均有大幅度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组的IELT提高程度明显高于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、13两组的IELT提高程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,三组患者的PEDT评分较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组的PEDT评分下降程度明显高于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B两组的PEDT评分下降程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,三组患者及其性伴侣的性生活满意度均有提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组患者及其性伴侣的性生活满意度高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组患者及其性伴侣的性生活满意度高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方利多卡因乳膏联合达泊西汀治疗能够明显增加IELT、降低PEDT评分、提高患者及其性伴侣的性生活满意度,增强控制射精的能力,缓解患者负面情绪,增强信心,且不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound lidocaine cream combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.Methods 60 patients with primary premature ejaculation were randomly divided into three groups:A,B and C,with 20 cases in each group.Group A was given compound lidocaine cream externally 15minutes before sexual intercourse,group B was given dapoxetine hydrochloride tablet orally 1〜3 hours before sexual intercourse’and group C was given compound lidocaine cream externally combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride orally.The intravginal ejaculation latency time(IELT),premature ejaculation diagnostic tool(PEDT)score,sexual satisfaction and adverse events of patients and their partners were compared before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,IELT in 3 groups was significantly improved compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).IELT improvement in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the improvement of IELT between group A and group B(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the PEDT score of patients in the three groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease degree of PEDT score in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the decrease degree of PEDT score between group A and group B(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the sexual satisfaction of patients and their sexual partners in the three groups improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Sexual satisfaction of patients in group B and C and their sexual partners was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sexual satisfaction of patients in group C and their sexual partners was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream combined with dapoxetine can significantly increase IELT,reduce PEDT score,improve the sexual satisfaction of patients and their sexual partners,enhance the ability to control ejaculation,relieve patients'negative emotions,enhance confidence,and have fewer adverse reactions.
