摘要
目的探讨生殖道微生态检测幼女性外阴阴道炎的临床诊治及应用价值。方法回顾性分析88例在嘉兴市幼保健院妇科门诊应用生殖道微生态检测确诊为幼女性外阴阴道炎患儿的临床及病原学资料。结果需氧性阴道炎(AV)52例,细菌性阴道病(BV)12例,外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(WC)8例,滴虫性阴道炎(TV)2例,14例无特异性病原体的感染,仅表现为有临床症状或清洁度异常。52例诊断为AV的患儿生殖道微生态检测pH值均>4.5,其中35例采用苯扎溴铵洗液联合克林霉素磷酸酯软膏外用,17例单纯使用苯扎溴铵洗液治疗,结果显示联合用药组的治愈率及好转率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生殖道微生态检测提高了AV的临床检出率,为幼女性外阴阴道炎的治疗提供了依据。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis,treatment and applicarion value of reproductive tract microecology detection in juvenile vulvovaginitis.Methods The clinical and etiological data of 88 children diagnosed with juvenile vulvovaginitis by reproductive tract microecological test in the department of Gynecology of Jiaxing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital were reviewed.Results There were 52 cases of aerobic vaginitis(AV),12 cases of bacterial vaginosis(BV),8 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC),2 cases of trichomonas vaginitis(TV),and 14 cases of infection without specific pathogens,only presenting with clinical symptoms or cleanliness abnormalities.The PH value of reproductive tract microecological test of 52 children diagnosed as AV was all>4.5,35 cases were treated with benzalkonium bromide lotion combined with clindamycin phosphate ointment for external application,and 17 cases were treated with benzalkonium bromide lotion alone.The results showed that the cure rate and recovery rate of the combined treatment group were higher,and the difference was staristically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of reproductive tract microecology improves the clinical detection rate of AV and provides a basis for the treatment of juvenile vulvovaginitis.
