摘要
目的探讨虚拟现实(VR)技术对帕金森病伴抑郁患者抑郁程度的影响。方法68例帕金森病伴抑郁患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组给予普拉克索片口服治疗,观察组在普拉克索片口服治疗的基础上联合VR技术干预,共治疗12周。比较两组患者在治疗前和治疗4、8、12周的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI)评分、交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)评分及波幅变化。结果治疗12周后,两组的HAMD评分、BDI评分均较治疗前明显下降,SSR潜伏期较治疗前明显缩短,SSR波幅较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者的HAMD评分、BDI评分、SSR潜伏期和波幅比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8、12周后,观察组的HAMD评分、BDI评分均明显低于对照组,SSR潜伏期明显短于对照组,SSR波幅均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VR技术有助于改善帕金森病伴抑郁患者的抑郁情况。
Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality(VR)technology on depression degree of Parkinson's disease patients with depression.Methods 68 patients with Parkinson's disease and depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given pramipexole tablets for oral treatment,and the observation group was given pramipexolc for oral treatment combined with VR technology intervention for 12 weeks.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Baker Self-Rating Depression Scale(BDI)score,sympathetic skin responsc(SSR)score and wave amplitude were compared between 2 groups before treatment and 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,HAMD score and BDI score in both groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,SSR latency was significantly shortened compared with before treatment,and SSR amplitude was significantly increased compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there were no significant differences in HAMD score,BDI score,SSR latency and amplitude between 2 groups(P>0.05).After 8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the HAMD score and BDI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the SSR latency of the observation was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the SSR amplitude of the observation was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion VR technology can improve the depression of Parkinson's disease patients with depression.
