CT图像质量控制管理的初步探讨

目的探讨CT图像质量控制管理在改进CT图像质量中的作用。方法选取2019年2月至2019年6月实施CT图像质量控制管理前的300份CT图像作为对照组,选取2019年8月至2019年12月实施CT图像质量控制管理后的306份CT图像作为观察组,比较两组CT图像的质量。结果实施质量控制管理后的CT图像的主观评分、体位标准率、范围准确率、扫描参数及图像重建参数正确率均显著高于实施质量控制管理前(P<0.05);重复扫描率、伪影率均显著低于实施前(P<0.05),技师的责任意识、理论考核及操作考核评分均显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论CT图像质量控制管理能够提高CT图像质量及诊断准确率。

Objective To explore the role of CT image quality control management in improving CT image quality.Methods CT images of 300 patients before the implementation of CT image quality control management from February to June 2019 were selected as the control group,and CT images of 306 patients after the implementation of CT image quality control management from August to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.The quality of CT images was compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of quality control management,CT image subjective score,body position standard rate,range accuracy,scanning parameters and image reconstruction parameter accuracy were significantly higher than before the implementation(P<0.05),both repeat scanning rate and artifact rate were significantly lower than that before implementation(P<0.05),technicians'sense of responsibility,theoretical assessment and operational assessment scores were significantly higher than those before implenientation(P<0.05).Conclusion CT image quality control and management can improve CT image quality and diagnostic accuracy.
