职业青年的新型政党制度认同:来源及潜在后果——基于对1248名职业青年问卷调查的实证分析

Professional Youth’s Identification with China’s Political Party System:Source andPotential Consequences——An Empirical Analysis Based on a Questionnaire Survey of 1248 Professional Youth

文章基于对1248名职业青年所作的问卷调查数据,分析了新时代职业青年新型政党制度认同的现状、来源及潜在后果。研究发现:职业青年的新型政党制度认同总体处于高水平状态,显著高于中学生,但仍有较大的提升空间;职业青年的新型政党制度认同是家庭教育、同辈群体、单位环境和国内媒介等外部因素和公平感、制度比较优势认同、制度显著优势认同等主体内部因素交互作用的结果;职业青年的新型政党制度认同对"四个自信"具有显著的正向预测作用。基于上述发现,从发挥社会多元主体的积极建构作用、培育过程注入情感元素等方面提出了一些具有理论和实践意义的思考和启示。

Based on the online survey data of 1,248 professional Youth from December 2020 to January 2021,this article analyzes the status quo,sources and potential consequences of the new-era professional youth’s identity with China’s political party system.The study has found that the identity with China’s political party system of professional youth is generally at a high level,significantly higher than that of middle school students,but there is still room for improvement;the identity with China’s political party system of professional youth is the result of the interaction of external factors such as family education factors,peer group factors,work environment factors and domestic media factors and internal factors such as sense of fairness,system comparative advantage identity and system significant advantage identity;the identity with China’s political party system of professional youth has a significant positive predictive effect on the confidence in the path,theory,system,and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Based on the above findings,this paper puts forward some thoughts and enlightenment with theoretical and practical significance from the aspects of giving full play to the positive construction role of social multiple subjects and injecting emotional elements into the cultivation process.
