摘要
介绍了一种用于碳纤维复合芯导线内部缺陷检测的有限角CT检测方法。通过对比实验,验证SART+Lo图像重建算法在不同扫描角度范围下的图像重建效果。结果表明:采用150°扫描范围的有限角CT检测方法,可清晰呈现碳纤维复合芯导线其内部结构和缺陷,可用于在役碳纤维复合芯导线的无损检测和质量评估,具有工程指导价值。
In this paper,we introduced a limited-angle Computed Tomography(CT)method for internal defect detection of Aluminum Conductor Composite Core(ACCC).In contrast experiments under different scanning angles,the image reconstruction effect of the SART+L_(0)image reconstruction algorithm is verified.The results indicated that when the scanning range is set as[0°,150°],the SART+L_(0)method can clearly reconstruct the internal structure and defects of the ACCC.This limited-angle CT can be used for non-destructive testing and quality evaluation of ACCC in service,the research results of this paper have practical engineering value.
