摘要
某化工企业内一台汽油常压储罐出现了渗漏。运用储罐底板内部宏观检查、罐底板声发射检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测、严密性试验等多种技术手段,查明了储罐底板的渗透点位置,并进行了渗漏原因分析,提出了预防措施。
A gasoline atmospheric pressure storage tank in a chemical enterprise had leakage.Using a variety of technical means such as macro inspection of the bottom of the tank,acoustic emission testing of the tank bottom,magnetic particle testing,penetration testing,and tightness testing,the location of the penetration point of the tank bottom was identified,and the cause of leakage was analyzed,and preventive measures were put forward.
