摘要
使用LB6411剂量仪对D-T中子发生器中子参数展开测量研究。利用LB6411剂量仪建立中子发射率测量方法,获取D-T中子发生器中子发射率,并将其与活化片法测量结果进行比较,验证该方法可行性。分别改变DT中子发生器离子源电流以及加速极电压参数,在不同参数条件下进行中子发射率计算,研究中子发射率与离子源电流、加速极电压参数的数学关系,建立D-T中子发生器中子发射率半经验计算模型。基于MCNP蒙特卡洛模拟计算开展吸收剂量以及D-T中子发生器中子品质因数的测量研究,为后续D-T中子发生器的应用提供指导。
The measurement of neutron parameters of the D-T neutron generator was carried out by using the LB6411 dosimeter.Using the LB6411 dosimeter to establish a neutron emissivity measurement method,the neutron emissivity of D-T neutron generator is obtained and compared with the activation method measurement results to verify the feasibility of the method.The Ion source current and acceleration pole voltage of the D-T neutron generator were changed respectively,the neutron emissivity was calculated with different parameter conditions,the mathematical relationship between the neutron emission rate and the ion source current and the 593 acceleration pole voltage parameters was studied,and the semi-empirical calculation model of the neutron emissivity of the D-T neutron generator was established.Based on MCNP Monte Carlo simulation calculation,the absorption dose and the measurement of neutron quality factor of the D-T neutron generator were studied to guide the application of D-T neutron generator.
