MC法模拟焦面阵列式BF_(3)管探测效率

Monte Carlo Simulation of Detection Efficiency of Focal Plane Array BF3 Tube

摘要 利用MCNP5模拟了焦面阵列式BF,管绝对和相对探测效率,研究了探测效率与屏蔽厚度、排列支数的相关性。模拟表明:2.5×10^(-8)~1 MeV范围内,多支BFs管聚乙烯6 cm厚时具有较好的能量响应平坦性;绝对和相对探测效率随中子能量变化近似单支变化规律;多支BF,管相对探测效率的值近似且比单支大2.7~3倍,绝对探测效率的值与支数呈线性相关且斜率值为2.63. MCNP5 monte carlo program was used to simulate absolute and relative detection efficiency of focal plane array type BF3tube,and the correlation between detection efficiency and shielding thickness and arrangement number is studied.The simulation results show that:in the range of 2.5X10-8—1 MeV,the energy response flatness of multi BF3 tubes is better when the polyethylene thickness is 6 cm;the absolute and relative detection efficiency of multi BF3 tubes is similar to that of single tube,and the value of absolute detection efficiency is approximately 2.7~3.0 times large than that of single BF3 tube,and the value of absolute detection efficiency is linearly related to the number of branches,and the slope value is 2.63.
