提高农业科技创新能力是构建新发展格局的"新引擎",菏泽作为农业大市,农业科技创新成绩斐然,但依然存在科技应用不足、科技创新整体能力有待提升短板,为助力双循环,须进行体制机制改革、加快农业科技社会化服务体系建设、加大农业农村科研投入力度、强化人才队伍建设,并积极参与国际大循环,以创新驱动农业科技创新发展,提高农业科技创新水平,推动农业由增产转向提质。

Improving the ability of agricultural scientific and technological innovation is the "new engine" for building a new development paradigm. Heze, as a large agricultural city, has made remarkable achievements in agricultural scientific and technological innovation, but there are still insufficient scientific and technological application and shortcomings in the overall ability of scientific and technological innovation.
