二氧化锆全瓷冠、金合金烤瓷冠在上前牙牙体缺损修复中的应用效果和安全性研究

Effect and safety of zirconia all-ceramic crowns and gold-alloyed porcelain crowns in restoration of upper anterior teeth defects

目的探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠、金合金烤瓷冠在上前牙牙体缺损修复中的应用效果和安全性。方法选取2019年4月至2020年7月厦门医学院附属口腔医院收治的149例上前牙牙体缺损修复治疗患者。将应用金合金烤瓷冠治疗的74例上前牙牙体缺损患者纳入对照组,另外应用二氧化锆全瓷冠治疗的75例上前牙牙体缺损患者纳入观察组。比较两组上前牙牙体缺损患者修复治疗后的菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、修复满意度和不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复满意度为(94.7%,71/75)高于对照组(83.8%,62/74),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.8421,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(5.3%,4/75)低于对照组(16.2%,12/74),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.2109,P<0.05)。结论与金合金烤瓷冠相比,利用二氧化锆全瓷冠治疗上前牙牙体缺损的作用效果更加显著,其修复效果明显提升。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of zirconia all ceramic crown and gold alloy porcelain fused to metal crown in the repair of upper anterior tooth defects.Methods From April 2019 to July 2020,149 patients with upper anterior tooth defects were selected and divided into two groups according to numerical expression,74 patients with upper anterior tooth defects treated with gold alloy porcelain crowns were used as the control group,and 75 patients with upper anterior tooth defects treated with zirconia all ceramic crowns were included in the observation group.The plaque index,depth of periodontal exploration,repair satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of plaque index and periodontal probing depth in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The repair satisfaction of the observation group(94.7%,71/75)was higher than that of the control group(83.8%,62/74)(χ^(2)=9.8421,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.3%,4/75)was lower than that in the control group(16.2%,12/74)(χ^(2)=5.2109,P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with gold alloy porcelain crowns,the use of zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crowns for the treatment of upper anterior teeth defects is more effective,and its restoration effect is significantly improved.
