合成乙酸正戊酯的催化剂研究进展

摘要 近年来关于乙酸正戊酯合成中催化剂的选择引起了研究者们广泛关注,酯化反应过程中催化剂种类和用量、原料比、带水剂用量及反应时间等因素对合成乙酸正戊酯的工业发展产生较大影响。本文利用合成乙酸正戊酯为探针反应,对不同种类催化剂和反应条件进行综述,重点关注了纯相无机盐催化剂、无机盐-无机盐复合型催化剂、分子筛复合型催化剂、有机催化剂、离子液体催化剂等一系列催化剂对合成乙酸正戊酯收率的影响,并对未来合成乙酸正戊酯的发展及其反应条件的改良进行展望。 In recent years,the selection of catalysts for the synthesis of n-amyl acetate has attracted extensive attention.In the process of esterification,raw material ratio,water dosage and reaction time.This work is a comprehensive review given on the use of synthetic is amyl acetate as the probe reaction,reports on the different kinds of catalyst and reaction process were reviewed,focusing on the pure inorganic salt catalysts,inorganic salt-inorganic salt complex catalyst,molecular sieve composite catalyst,organic catalyst,and a series of ionic liquid catalyst,The development of n-amyl acetate synthesis and the improvement of reaction conditions were prospected through systematic and scientific analysis.
