摘要
《教师语言教育能力指南》以欧洲理事会最新的胜任力框架和多个欧洲重要语言政策文件为基础,整合40个欧美国家针对语言教师及所有科目教师的标准或能力框架,构建了语言教师教育能力及所有教师语言教育能力的共同参考框架。本研究对其总体框架、具体内容和特点进行了梳理与分析,吸收其先进思想和理念,获得修订和完善国际中文教师标准的重要启示。
A Guide to Teacher Competences for Languages in Education of the Council of Europe,basing on the latest framework of competences of the Council of Europe and key documents for European language education,integrated 40 western countries’ standards or frameworks of competences for language teachers or teachers of all subjects,constructs a common reference framework for European language teachers’ competences and language education competences of European teachers.This study analyzes its framework,contents and characteristics,and by assimilating its advanced ideas,we can draw references and inspirations for revising and improving the standards for CSLteachers.
