This paper introduces the research background of regional standards for the safety precautions in a unit.Taking Guangzhou as an example,it discusses the standard boundaries and concepts of safety precautions in a unit based on regional perspective,also analyzes the emphases and difficulties in the process of standards research,and finally puts forward basic framework and main contents of the regional standards for safety precautions in a unit.
