基于海恩法则的手术室护理安全管理模式实施效果分析

Effects of nursing safety management model in Operating Room based on Heinrich's law

目的探讨基于海恩法则的手术室护理安全管理模式的应用效果。方法2018年12月—2020年12月选取山东省菏泽市立医院的25名手术室护士,按照实施基于海恩法则的手术室护理安全管理模式的时间顺序分为改进前(2018年12月—2019年12月)和改进后(2020年1—12月)。比较管理改进前后手术室护理人员护理知识及能力考核评分、护理服务质量评分。结果改进后手术室护理人员的单项急救操作、手术室专科理论知识、综合抢救能力及带教能力评分均高于改进前,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为7.678、10.346、9.359、5.451;均P<0.01)。改进后的护士能够积极主动地配合工作、护士操作技术熟练及轻巧、护士能够按时及准确地执行各项医嘱、护士交谈时的语言及行为礼貌、护士主动地指出工作时的不足评分均高于改进前,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为4.304、7.935、6.304、8.395、11.664;均P<0.01)。结论应用基于海恩法则的手术室护理安全管理模式可提高手术室护士的专科知识及操作技能水平,同时提高手术室护理服务质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing safety management model in Operating Room based on Heinrich's law.Methods From December 2018 to December 2020,this study selected 25 Operating Room nurses in Heze Municipal Hospital in Shandong Province.According to the time sequence of nursing safety management in Operating Room based on Heinrich's law,nurses were divided as before improvement(from December 2018 to December 2019)and after improvement(from January to December 2020).This study compared the nursing knowledge and ability assessment scores of nursing staff,the quality of nursing service,and the incidence of adverse nursing events before and after management improvement.Results The scores of first aid operation,specialized theoretical knowledge of Operating Room,comprehensive rescue ability and teaching ability of after improvement were higher than those before improvement,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.678,10.346,9.359,5.451;all P<0.01).After improvement,scores that the nurses were able to actively cooperate with the work,the nurses were skilled and light in operation,the nurses were able to carry out various medical orders on time and accurately,the language and behavior of the nurses when talking were polite,and the nurses actively pointed out that the insufficient at work were all higher than those before improvement,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.304,7.935,6.304,8.395,11.664;all P<0.01).Conclusions Application of nursing safety management in Operating Room based on Heinrich's law can improve nurses'specialized knowledge and operational skills,and at the same time improve the quality of nursing services in Operating Room.
