水泥净浆流动度影响因素分析及净浆自流淌平台研制 被引量:1

摘要 排除水泥和外加剂本身特性、状态因素,水泥净浆流动度还受到测定流动度的玻璃板是否水平、操作者上提截锥圆模速度、浆体和试验玻璃面的浸润性等因素的影响,其中测定流动度的玻璃板是否水平是最主要的客观因素。尤其在净浆中添加一定比例的外加剂,净浆流动性更好,玻璃板面不水平带来的偏差更大。为提高净浆流动性结果准确性、稳定性,我们开发制作了一种自流淌水泥净浆标准平台,设计原理简单,易于调整水平,方便携带。试验完毕可直接在玻璃平面上读数,不仅提高了试验检测结果的重复性、再现性,同时提高了试验效率。 Excluding the characteristics and state of cement and concrete admixture,the fluidity of cement paste is also affected by levelness of glass plate,speed of lifting mold,wettability of slurry and test glass surface and so on.The most important objective factor is glass plate.Especially when a certain proportion of admixture is added,the fluidity of the slurry is better,and the deviation caused by the glass plate is greater.In order to improve the accuracy and stability of the test results,we have developed and made a self flowing cement slurry standard platform,which has simple design principle,we can adjust the level and carry the platform easily.After the test,we can read directly on the glass plane. This not only improves the repeatability and reproducibility of the test results,but also improves the test efficiency.
