关于新时代科普人才队伍建设的研究与思考

Research and Discussion on the Team Construction of Science Popularization Talents in the New Era

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,同时,我国发展所处的国内外环境正在发生深刻复杂的变化。科技创新是综合国力竞争的核心,而科学普及从根本上影响和决定着国家与民族的创新创造能力。从时代发展视角,分析当前我国科普人才队伍建设面临的新形势,在此基础上探讨科普人才的内涵与范围,总结科普人才的胜任特征和培养现状以及存在的问题等,最后对如何建设新时代科普人才队伍进行思考,提出相关政策建议。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Based on the analysis of the new situation of science popularization talents team construction in China,this study discusses the new connotation and scope of science popularization talents,summarizes the characteristics of science popularization talents and the current situation of talents cultivation and existing problems,and finally puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for the team construction of science popularization talents in the new era.
