下肢动脉缺血性疾病患者介入治疗后并发症的危险因素分析

Risk factors of complications in patients with lower limb arterial ischemic disease after intervention therapy

目的研究下肢动脉缺血性疾病患者介入治疗后发生并发症的危险因素。方法抽取2015年1月至2020年1年中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九七〇医院收治的下肢动脉缺血性疾病患者182例为研究对象,根据介入治疗后是否发生局部并发症,将其分为并发症组(33例)与未发生并发症组(149例)。比较两组患者的病历资料,分析下肢动脉缺血性疾病介入治疗后发生并发症的独立危险因素。结果下肢动脉缺血性疾病患者介入治疗后并发症的发生与年龄、高血压、吸烟、动脉壁钙化有关(P<0.05),与性别、饮酒、糖尿病病史、Fontaine分级、血常规及三酰甘油等无关(P>0.05)。吸烟、高血压、血红蛋白、动脉壁钙化是影响下肢动脉缺血性疾病患者介入治疗后发生并发症的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论吸烟、高血压、动脉壁硬化是影响下肢动脉缺血性疾病患者介入治疗后并发症发生的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of complications in patients with lower extremity arterial ischemic disease after interventional therapy.Methods A total of 182 patients with lower extremity arterial ischemic disease admitted to No.970 Hospital of Joint Service Support Force of the People’s Liberation Army of China from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to incidence of local complications after interventional treatment,they were divided into complication group(33 cases)and no-complication group(149 cases).The medical records of the two groups were compared.And the independent risk factors for complications were analyzed.Results The complications after interventional treatment for lower limb arterial disease were related to age,hypertension,smoking and arterial wall calcification(P<0.05),but had no relation to gender,drinking history,diabetes history,Fontaine classification,blood routine and triglyceride(P>0.05).Smoking,hypertension,hemoglobin and arterial wall calcification were the risk factors of complications after interventional therapy in patients with lower extremity arterial ischemia(P<0.05).Conclusions Smoking,hypertension,and arteriosclerosis are risk factors influencing the occurrence of complications after interventional therapy in patients with lower extremity arterial ischemic disease.
