摘要
目的分析脑性瘫痪(以下简称脑瘫)患儿采用网状密集式悬吊训练联合经皮电神经刺激(TENS)治疗仪的应用效果。方法抽取驻马店市中心医院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的96例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,根据患儿入院单双号分为对照组(单号)和观察组(双号),每组48例。两组均采用常规康复疗法,对照组另给予网状密集式悬吊训练,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用TENS治疗仪,均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前及治疗3个月后的运动功能[粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)]、平衡功能[Berg平衡量表(BBS)],比较两组治疗3个月后的肌张力[改良Ashworth肌张力评定法(MAS)]。结果治疗3个月后,两组A、B、C、D、E区评分均高于治疗前,且观察组A、B、C、D、E区评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组BBS评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组MAS等级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网状密集式悬吊训练联合TENS治疗仪可提高脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能,改善平衡能力,同时还可降低患儿肢体肌张力。
Objective To analyze the application of mesh intensive suspension training combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)in rehabilitation treatment of cerebral palsy in children.Methods Ninety-six children with cerebral palsy treated in Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number)according to the odd or even number of admission list,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated by conventional rehabilitation therapy;on this basis,the control group was treated by mesh intensive suspension training;and the observation group was treated by TENS therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group;all patients were treated for 3 months.The motor function and balance function,which evaluated by general motor function measurement(GMFM)and Berg balance score(BBS),of the two groups were compared before and 3 months after treatment.The muscle tension of the two groups after 3 months of treatment evaluated by modified Ashworth muscle tension assessment(MAS)were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of area A,B,C,D and E in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of area A,B,C,D and E in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the BBS score of both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the BBS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the MAS grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mesh intensive suspension training combined with TENS can improve gross motor function and balance ability of children with cerebral palsy,at the same time,it can reduce the limb muscle tension of children.
