摘要
目的探讨微生态制剂辅助普米克令舒是否能提高过敏性哮喘患儿免疫功能。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月在我院确诊并进行治疗的过敏性哮喘患儿150例,根据数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各75例。对照组患儿给予普米克令舒雾化吸入及常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助微生态制剂双歧四联活菌片进行治疗。对两组患儿治疗效果、治疗前后肠道菌群变化、免疫功能和用药期间不良反应发生率等指标进行比较分析。结果两组患儿治疗后观察组有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的77.3%(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前肠道菌群差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,观察组患儿治疗后乳酸菌、双歧杆菌数量明显增多,肠球菌、肠杆菌数量明显减少(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组乳酸菌、双歧杆菌数量显著多于对照组,肠球菌、肠杆菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患儿CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值均升高,CD8^(+)水平下降(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和观察组两组免疫功能差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后较治疗前Th1细胞数量上升,Th2细胞下降(P<0.05),炎症因子IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平下降,IL-12水平升高(P<0.05),组间比较观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。本研究两组患儿用药期间未发现不良反应。结论在过敏性哮喘患儿的治疗中,普米克令舒辅助微生态制剂可有效提高治疗效果,提高免疫功能,疗效确切且安全。
Objective To explore the effect of microecological preparations as an adjuvant in improving the immune function of children with allergic asthma.Methods One hundred and fifty children with allergic asthma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group or control group,75 cases in each group.All the children were given Budesonide aerosol inhalation and conventional comprehensive treatment;those in observation group were additionally given quadruple viable Bifido tablets.The treatment effect,changes of intestinal bacteria,immune function and adverse reactions during medication were compared and analyzed between groups.Results The efficiency rate was 92%in the observation group,significantly higher than the 77.3%in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intestinal flora between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacteria in the observation group increased significantly,while those of Enterococcus and Enterobacter decreased significantly(P<0.05).The levels of lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacteria in the observation group were significantly higher,while those of Enterococcus and Enterobacter were significantly lower than in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immune function between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased significantly while that of CD8^(+)decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),with significant difference in immune function between groups;the levels of Th1 cells and IL-12 increased significantly,while those of Th2 cells as well as inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αdecreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05);the inflammatory factor levels in observation group were significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion In the treatment of children with allergic asthma,probiotics as an adjuvant to Budesonide can effectively improve the immune function of patients,with definite efficacy and safety.
