教师教育转型发展中培养主体与空间变化的思考 被引量:2

摘要 教师教育背景下,教师培养的主体和空间发生了转移,即由以“大学为本”向以“大学为本”和“学校为本”相结合的主体和空间转变。这一格局的形成,实质上是教师培养“发展主义”现代性逻辑和“国家主义”政治性逻辑在不同阶段的治理策略。理解“转型”的根本原因,需要回到近代以来中国从“师范教育”向“教师教育”变迁的多种因素中来考察其发生的可能性,从新时代教师队伍建设的现实问题出发来分析其发生的必然性,破除教师培养在“满足需要”和“构建制度”之间的困境,进而探索出一条教师发展的“校本培养”之路。
