摘要
目的疫情背景下基于《组织与胚胎学》课程特点,探讨传统教学模式和混合式教学模式的教学效果差异。方法整群抽样取2020级临床医学(五年制)专业7、8班56名学生为对照组,9、10班57名学生为观察组,对照组采用线下面授的传统教学模式,观察组采用线上线下结合的混合式教学模式。采用形成性评价成绩、线上期中考试成绩和线下期终考试成绩结合(最终成绩)的方式评价两组教学效果。结果观察组教学模式的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的形成性评价成绩、线上期中考试成绩、线下期末考试成绩和最终成绩(86.09±4.74、87.18±4.73、84.40±5.01和85.75±4.01)分均显著高于对照组(77.36±5.59、78.34±6.02、75.45±10.30和75.98±10.50)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混合式教学模式有利于学生课程成绩的提高,有利于“教”与“学”的良性循环,有利于学生专业知识的贯通和融合。
Objective To explore the difference of teaching effect between traditional teaching mode and mixed teaching mode based on the characteristics of histology and embryology course during COVID-19 situation.Methods By cluster sampling,56 students from class 7 and 8 of 2020 clinical medicine(five-year program)were selected as the control group,and 57 students from class 9 and 10 were selected as the experimental group.The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group offline.The mixed teaching mode of online and offline teaching was adopted in the experimental group.The results of formative assessment,online mid-term examination and offline final examination were combined to evaluate the effect of two groups.Results Satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile the examination results of the experimental group(86.09±4.74、87.18±4.73、84.40±5.01 and 85.75±4.01)were better than those of the control group(77.36±5.59、78.34±6.02、75.45±10.30 and 75.98±10.50,P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching mode is beneficial to the improvement of students'curriculum achievements,the positive cycle of"teaching"and"learning",the penetration and integration of students'professional knowledge,the transmission of Ideological and political spirit and the improvement of teachers'comprehensive ability.
