摘要
为了减少发热量测试过程安装点火丝或棉线的复杂操作并提高自动化测试效率,尝试将激光点火技术应用于氧弹热量计的深化研究,以期氧弹外置激光源的激光点火方法有效替代现行的熔断式点火丝点火或非熔断式棉线点火。简介常规点火操作以及外置激光发生源点火装置结构,依据点火的原理对氧弹的安全性能、测试结果、点火成功率等要素进行对比试验研究。试验研究表明,氧弹外置激光源的激光点火方法是燃料发热量测定中金属丝熔断法点火或非熔断法点火的可替代方法,即外置式激光源点火方式点火热低且波动幅度小,按该方法设计的激光氧弹安全性能符合标准要求,所应用的热量计测试结果符合国标GB/T 213的要求,且其点火成功率不低于广泛使用的金属丝熔断法点火方式。
In order to reduce the complicated operation of installing ignition wire or cotton thread and improve the efficiency of automatic test,the laser ignition technology is applied to the further study of oxygen bomb calorimeter,so as to effectively replace the current ignition method such as fusing ignition of wire or non-fusing ignition of cotton thread.The conventional ignition operation and the structure of external laser generator ignition device are introduced,according to the principle of ignition,the safety performance,test results and ignition failure probability of oxygen bomb are compared and studied.The experimental research shows that the external laser source of oxygen bomb is an alternative method of metal wire fusing ignition or non fusing ignition in the determination of fuel calorific value,the ignition mode of external laser source has low ignition heat and small fluctuation range.The safety performance of the laser oxygen bomb designed by this method meets the standard requirements,the test results of the calorimeter used can meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 213,and its ignition success rate is not less than the widely used metal wire fusing ignition method.
