我国全科和专科医生工作满意度现状和影响因素比较

The present situation of job satisfaction and differences in its influencing factors of general practitioners and specialists in China

医生工作满意度是医疗卫生行业健康发展的重要指标之一,严重影响医疗服务质量与患者就医体验。虽有诸多共同因素影响医生工作满意度,但现有研究显示,全科和专科两类不同执业特点的医生其工作满意度影响因素存在显著差别。本文从我国全科与专科医生工作满意度现状出发,梳理医生工作满意度研究证据,分析全科和专科医生工作满意度影响因素的异同,为改善医生工作满意度、促进医疗行业健康发展提出针对性政策建议。

Doctors'job satisfaction is an important indicators of the development of the medical and health industry which has significant effects on the quality of health services and patients'medical experience.Although there are many common factors influencing doctors'job satisfaction,studies show that there are significant differences in the influencing factors between general practitioners and specialists.Using the current job satisfaction situations of general practitioners and specialists in China,this review summarizes the results of recent studies on job satisfaction and analyzes the differences and similarities in factors affecting this,with the aim of proffering targeted policy suggestions for improving doctors’job satisfaction and promoting the sound development of medical industry for hospitals and government departments.
