摘要 泪小管炎是一种少见的感染性泪道疾病,其症状、体征与慢性结膜炎、睑板腺囊肿、慢性泪囊炎等疾病相似,临床误诊率高,治疗方法仍存在争议。随着技术的发展,超声生物显微镜、泪道内镜等技术的应用为泪小管炎的精准诊疗提供了可能。本文就泪小管炎诊断和治疗方面的研究现状及进展进行综述,以期增加临床对该病的认识和重视。 Canaliculitis is a kind of rare infectious disease of lacrimal system,its symptoms and signs are similar to those of chronic conjunctivitis,chalazion and chronic dacryocystitis and other diseases.Its misdiagnosis rate is high,and the clinical treatment method remains controversial.With the development of technology,the application of ultrasonic biological microscope and dacryoendoscope provides the possibility of accurate diagnosis and treatment for canaliculitis.This article reviews the research progress of diagnosis and treatment of canaliculitis in order to increase clinical awareness and attention to this disease.
