Business Models and Suggestions for Asset Management Companies to Acquire and Dispose of Non-performing Assets of Entity Companies

实体企业不良资产在不良资产收购处置领域占有重要地位,其资产类别众多,且没有通用处置方法,不同的资产类别往往有着不同的收购处置模式。本文基于不良资产从业实践及行业调研,对实体企业不良资产进行明确的界定,对不同类别的不良资产收购处置模式、不良资产收购处置中的主要交易模式进行了研究与总结。在此基础上,本文就资产管理公司如何进一步提升实体企业不良资产收购处置效率提出相关建议,以供参考。

The non-performing assets of entity companies play an important role in the acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets.There are many types of assets,and there is no common disposal method.Different asset types often have diff erent acquisition and disposal models.Based on the practice of non-performing assets and industry research,this study clearly defi nes the non-performing assets of entity companies,studies and summarizes the acquisition and disposal modes of diff erent types of non-performing assets and the main transaction modes in the acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets.On this basis,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on how asset management companies can further improve the effi ciency of acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets of entity companies for reference.
