摘要
改革开放以来,中国的经济发生了翻天覆地的变化。为了顺应经济发展形式的变革,现阶段的企业要从管理入手,不断创新,紧跟时代发展的步伐。就当前企业管理模式来看,大多数企业已经认识到内部管理创新的重要性,但是由于受企业发展水平限制,在细节上还有些问题需要解决。本文以当下企业内部经济管理与社会发展之间的矛盾为前提,对新形势下企业经济管理创新对策进行分析,以期为企业管理提供重要参考。
Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has undergone tremendous changes.In order to adapt to the changes in the form of economic development,enterprises at this stage must start with management,continue to innovate,and keep pace with the development of the times.As far as the current enterprise management model is concerned,most enterprises have recognized the importance of internal management innovation,but due to the limitation of the enterprise development level,there are still some problems to be solved in the details.On the premise of the contradiction between the current enterprise internal economic management and social development,this study analyzes the innovative countermeasures of enterprise economic management under the new situation,hoping to provide important reference for enterprise management.
