平衡计分卡视角下混合并购绩效评价——以科斯伍德并购龙门教育为例

Performance Evaluation of Hybrid M&A from the Perspective of Balanced Score Card--Taking Kingswood’s M&A of Longmen Education as an Example

企业并购是一个重要的经济现象,现在的企业越来越重视通过并购手段来扩大经营,实现企业的外部增长。而评价企业的并购活动是否有效并取得正效益,需要通过合适的并购绩效评价方法分析。本文选取科斯伍德并购龙门教育混合并购案例,运用平衡计分卡的四个维度来分析科斯伍德并购前后的变化,从而评价此次混合并购的成效。

M&A is an important economic phenomenon,and now companies pay more and more attention to expanding their operations through M&A to achieve external growth.To evaluate whether the M&A activities of enterprises are eff ective and obtain positive benefi ts,it is necessary to analyze through appropriate M&A performance evaluation methods.This study selects the case of Kingswood’s M&A of Longmen Education,and uses the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard to analyze the changes before and after Kingswood’s M&A,so as to evaluate the eff ect of this hybrid M&A.
