摘要
我国酒店行业发展呈现明显的结构分化特征,区域、规模、档次、产品结构等方面分布尚不均衡。同时由于运营成本高居不下、供给过剩、同质化严重、客户需求多元化、新冠疫情等多重因素影响,很多民营酒店的发展速度和盈利情况呈现连年降低的态势。本文以H酒店为例,分析酒店的内外部价值链,明晰各项价值活动,了解自身的资源、能力及不足,在此基础上通过价值链管理,最大程度上提质增收、降本增效,从而使H酒店获得有利的市场竞争地位。
The development of China’s hotel industry shows obvious structural diff erentiation characteristics,the distribution of regional,scale,grade,product structure and other aspects is not balanced.At the same time,due to the impact of multiple factors such as high operating costs,oversupply,serious homogeneity,diversifi ed customer demands,and the epidemic,the development speed and profi tability of many private hotels have been declining year after year.Taking H hotel as an example,this study analyzes the internal and external value chains of the hotel,clarifi es various value activities,and understands its own resources,capabilities and deficiencies.On this basis,through value chain management,H hotel can improve the quality,increase income,reduce cost and increase effi ciency to the greatest extent,so as to gain a favorable market competitive position.
