顽固性呃逆的病因及中医治疗进展

顽固性呃逆是一种临床常见且多发的疾病。通过查阅大量近几年有关顽固性呃逆的文献,整理归纳其病因病机及中医治疗的新进展。中医学对其病因病机可概括为"胃气上逆动膈",属现代医学中的"膈肌痉挛"。持续呃逆状态会对患者的正常生活造成实质性影响,从而导致患者生活质量降低,甚至会增加患者心理负担从而导致一些心理疾病。所以及时干预治疗显得尤为重要。研究发现,与现代医学治疗相比,中医学治疗本病的优势在于起效快,疗效佳,不良反应少等。从中药、针刺、联合治疗和其他疗法4个方面对中医疗法进行阐述,为今后临床治疗该病积累经验。

Intractable hiccups is a kind of common and frequent diseases in clinic.Through consulting a large number of the literature of intractable hiccups in recent years,pathogenesis and new progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment are summarized.The pathogenesis is confirmed as stomach Qi upward reversal impacting diaphragm in traditional Chinese medicine,which belongs to diaphragmatic spasm in modern medicine.Persistent hiccups impacts substantially on the patients′normal life and reduces the quality of life,even increases patients′psychological burdenand therefore leads to some mental illness.So timely intervention and treatment is particularly important.Research found that compared with modern medicine,the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine therapy is faster working with better curative effect and less adverse reaction.Four kinds of Chinese medicine therapy are stated,including traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,combined treatment and other treatments,which accumulates experience for clinical treatment of intractable hiccups in the future.
