摘要
心血管磁共振成像(CMR)与传统的成像技术相比具有许多优势,在任何平面上获取图像的能力都是独一无二的。CMR应用使心肌检查不再需要侵入性活检,并为理解遗传性心脏病的病理和基因型-表型相互作用提供了重要的信息。本文以心律失常性右心室发育不良和肥厚型心肌病为例,综述了CMR在遗传性心脏病中的作用。
Compared with traditional imaging technique,cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR)imaging possesses many advantages,its ability to acquire images on any plane is unique.CMR application makes myocardial examination free from invasive biopsies,and provides important information for understanding pathology and genotype-phenotype interaction of genetic heart disease(GHD).The present article makes a review on role of CMR in GHD taking arrhythmic right ventricular dysplasia and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy as example.
