曾纪斌教授主张"以通为用"治疗糖尿病足,强调首辨气血与邪气之盛衰,"存胃气"为宗旨,有宣通营卫、清通毒邪、化通湿气、畅通气郁、消通瘀血、补通气血之法,根据气血与邪气盛衰及邪气不同灵活运用,倡早期以求气血道路通畅,以及气血得其道而行,运行有序,使邪气无以存留脏腑经络,而后当速用补通气血之法,寓通于补,使得气血生化有源,充盈通路,则气血调和通利,疮口红活,生气而愈。
