中药治疗艾滋病肺部感染的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Chinese Materia Medica in Treating Pulmonary Infection of AIDS

目的:系统评价中药治疗艾滋病肺部感染的临床效果。方法:检索中国知网、维普网、万方等数据库,依据设定的纳入和排除标准获取中药治疗艾滋病肺部感染的随机对照实验,检索起止时间设置为2010年1月1日至2020年12月31日,对纳入的文献进行质量评价,并使用Review Manager 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入8个随机对照试验的研究文献,研究对象共880例;8篇文献中,有7篇报道了患者疗效,4篇报道了患者C-反应蛋白水平,均可获得有效数据。经Meta分析结局指标数据后,结果显示中药治疗艾滋病肺部感染患者较常规西医治疗总有效率高,差异有统计学意义[MD=3.10,95%CI(2.06,4.66),P<0.001];CRP水平更低[MD=-5.33,95%CI(-8.88,-1.77),P<0.001]。结论:中药治疗艾滋病肺部感染的疗效显著,能够有效降低患者的C-反应蛋白水平。

Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese materia medica in treating pulmonary infection of AIDS.Methods: Databases such as China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),VIP and Wan Fang were retrieved.The randomized controlled trials of Chinese materia medica for treating AIDS with pulmonary infection were obtained based on the set inclusion and exclusion criteria.The retrieval time was set from January 1,2010 to December 31,2020,and the quality of the included literature was evaluated, and the Review Manager5.0 software was used for meta analysis.Results: Finally, the research literature of 8 randomized controlled trials was included, with a total of 880 subjects;among the 8 literatures, 7 reported the curative effect of patients and 4 reported the CRP level of patients, which can obtain effective data.Meta analysis of the outcome data showed that the total effective rate of Chinese materia medica in treating AIDS patients with pulmonary infection was higher than that of conventional western medicine, and the difference was statistically significant(MD=3.10,95%CI(2.06,4.66),P<0.001];the level of CRP was lower [MD=-5.33,95%CI(-8.88,-1.77),P<0.001].Conclusion: Chinese materia medica in treating pulmonary infection of AIDS has a significant effect, can effectively reduce the CRP level of patients.
