Based on national conditions and following the rules,the implementation of the policy of allowing a couple to have three children and supporting measures can maximize the dynamic role of population on economic and social development,firmly grasp the strategic initiative,actively respond to the risk of continued low fertility levels,solve population problems in an integrated manner,and create a favorable demographic environment for the overall building of a strong socialist modern country.
