Survey on the Current Situation and Cultivation Path of Elderly Caregivers in Mega Cities in the Context of Long-term Care Insurance

在老年人口需求日趋多元化的社会背景下,养老照护服务体系不应仅包括生活照料服务,还应包括康复、医疗、心理等方面的照护。随着现代家庭结构和代际关系的变迁,空巢、独居、失独老年人群体的心理问题凸显,对老年人心理健康进行干预和照护的重要性正在增强。随着人口平均预期寿命的延长和老年人慢病并存趋势的发展,老年人对医疗护理和康复护理的需求也在不断增强,因此,加强养老护理员的医疗康复知识储备与技能提升,应当成为护理员职业生涯规划和发展的重要方面。

In the context of the increasingly diversified needs of the elderly population,the elderly care service system should not only include life care services,but also rehabilitation,medical and psychological care.With the change of modern family structure and intergenerational relationship,the psychological problems of the elderly who are empty nesters,live alone and lost their family members have been highlighted,and the importance of intervention and care for the mental health of the elderly is increasing.As the average life expectancy of the population increases and the trend of chronic diseases co-existing in the elderly develops,the demand for medical care and rehabilitation care for the elderly is also increasing.Therefore,strengthening the medical rehabilitation knowledge and skills of elderly caregivers should become an important aspect of career planning and development for caregivers.
