Safety Situation and Countermeasures of Water Rescue Training for Fire Rescue Teams

我国水域灾害事故呈季节性多发、频发态势,致灾率高,水域救援任务点多面广,训练安全事故时有发生。水域救援训练安全是水域救援专业队伍建设的核心关键。目前水域救援训练普遍面临着基础薄弱、制度不全、技术能力不足和器材装备落后等风险难题。要加强水域救援专业教官队伍建设,严格落实训练安全制度,强化智能装备配备运用,进一步优化训练内容和模式,严防水域救援训练事故,安全第一、科学施训。

Water disaster accidents in China are seasonal and frequent,bringing lots of damages.The water rescue missions are quite complex while safety accidents in training occur from time to time.It is critical to ensure the safety in water rescue training for professional teams.At present,such difficulties still exist as weak foundation,incomplete system,inadequate technical capacity and outdated equipment.To strengthen the construction of professional water rescue instructors,we should strictly implement the training safety system,apply more intelligent equipment,further optimize the training content and mode,and prevent water rescue training accidents.Safety is the most important thing and scientific training should be emphasized.
