武警交通力量参与抢险救援行动的实践与经验

Practice and Experience of Armed Police Participating in Emergency Rescue Operations

研究总结各类灾害救援行动,对准确预判灾情、快速实施救援,最大限度保护人民群众生命财产安全、维护社会稳定具有重要意义。本文将武警交通力量近年来参与的典型抢险救援行动进行了梳理,对地震、洪水、地质灾害、事故灾难四种灾害及次生灾害处置的人员编组、战法运用和装备编成等进行了系统总结,强调要抓好联合指挥、发挥装备优势、动态获取灾情信息、加强人才培养和实战化训练。希望能为应急救援队伍在今后遂行类似抢险救援任务时提供有益借鉴。

It is of great significance to research and summarize various disaster relief operations to accurately predicte the situation of the disaster,quickly implement the rescue,protect people’s lives and property to the greatest extent,and maintain social stability.This article sorts out the typical rescue operations that the armed police forces have participated in in recent years,and systematically summarize the personnel organization,tactical use,and equipment from such four disasters as earthquake,flood,geological disaster and accident and their secondary disasters.It is important to strengthen joint command,make full use of equipment advantages,obtain disaster information in time,and improve personnel cultivation and actual combat training.The article hopes to provide a useful reference for emergency rescue teams in carrying out similar rescue missions in the future.
