佛山地区健康儿童黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素及睾酮的参考区间研究

The reference interval research of healthy children's LH,FSH and T in Foshan District

目的:建立佛山地区健康儿童的黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素及睾酮的参考区间及其与年龄和性别相关的差异.方法:这项研究共收集167名1~12岁佛山市本地户籍健康儿童的血清,其中男童86名,女童81名,并采用化学发光法于西门子centure XP中检测其黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素及睾酮水平,采用秩和检验和百分位数法得出各年龄组之间激素水平差异及建立佛山地区健康儿童该三项性激素的参考区间.结果:黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素和睾酮在不同年龄组之间水平不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同年龄组不同性别之间的该三项性激素水平的比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05).基于各年龄组不同性别的儿童之间的性激素检测水平,建立了佛山地区1~12岁健康儿童黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素及睾酮的参考区间.结论:佛山地区1~12岁健康儿童不同年龄组和不同性别组的性激素水平存在差异,该研究建立的不同性别各年龄组的黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素及睾酮的参考区间对儿童性早熟等内分泌相关疾病的诊断与治疗有重要意义.

Objective:Establish a reference range of progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone in healthy children in Foshan District and their age and gender-related differences.Methods:The study collected serums of 167 healthy children aged 1-12 in Foshan district,including 86 boys and 81 girls.Chemoluminescence method was used to detect their progetoninising hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone levels in Siemens centure XP,and used rank and percentage methods to obtain hormone levels differences between age groups and establish reference intervals for Foshan healthy children.Results:The differences in the levels of luteinising hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone vary from age group to age group,which is statistically significant(P<0.05),as is the comparative difference in these triatholic hormone levels with different genders in the age group(P<0.05).Based on sex hormone testing levels among children of different age groups,reference intervals of progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone in healthy children aged 1-12 in Foshan District were established.Conclusion:There are differences in sex hormone levels between different age groups and gender groups in healthy children aged 1-12 in Foshan District.The reference ranges of luteinising hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone established in different genders and age groups are of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine-related diseases such as child precocious maturity.
