孟鲁司特钠联合氨溴特罗治疗喘息性支气管炎的效果及对患儿PCT、CRP、IL-6水平的影响

Effect of montelukast sodium combined with ambroxol in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis and its influence on the levels of PCT,CRP and IL-6 in children

目的研究孟鲁司特钠联合氨溴特罗治疗喘息性支气管炎的效果及对患儿PCT、CRP、IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的94例喘息性支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为联治组(47例,孟鲁司特钠+氨溴特罗)和对照组(47例,氨溴特罗)。比较两组的血清炎症因子指标、肺功能指标、症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的血清PCT、CRP、IL-6水平均降低,且联治组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC均升高,且联治组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。联治组的咳嗽缓解时间、湿啰音消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、喘息消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合氨溴特罗治疗喘息性支气管炎患儿,可改善患儿的炎性因子水平,提高肺功能,快速解除各种临床症状,且安全性较高。

Objective To study the effect of montelukast sodium combined with ambroxol in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis and its influence on the levels of PCT, CRP and IL-6 in children. Methods A total of 94 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects, and the children were divided into combined treatment group(47 cases, montelukast sodium + ambroterol) and control group(47 cases, ambroterol) by random number table method. The serum inflammatory factors indexes, pulmonary function indexes, symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the serum PCT, CRP and IL-6 levels in the two groups decreased, and those in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV_(1), FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups increased, and those in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The cough relief time, wet rales disappearance time, wheeze disappearance time and wheeze disappearance time in the combined treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion The montelukast sodium combined with ambroxol in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis can improve the levels of inflammatory factors, improve pulmonary function, quickly relieve various clinical symptoms, and has higher safety.
