妇炎康复胶囊联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及对Th17、IFN-γ、IL-21水平的影响

Clinical effect of Fuyan Kangfu capsule combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation and its influence on the levels of Th17,IFN-γand IL-21

目的探讨妇炎康复胶囊联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月我院收治的200例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法以单双号分组形式将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合妇炎康复胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.00%,显著高于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的带下质稠臭味、腰骶坠痛、神疲肢软及大便燥结积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Th17、IFN-γ、IL-21水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇炎康复胶囊联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果显著,能促进患者症状改善,降低Th17、IFN-γ、IL-21水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuyan Kangfu capsule combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods Two hundred patients with chronic pelvic inflammation treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots in the form of single and double numbers,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium,and the observation group was treated with Fuyan Kangfu capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than 88.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of thick odor,lumbosacral fall pain,weak limbs and dry stools in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Th17,IFN-γand IL-21 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyan Kangfu capsule combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation has a significant effect,it can promote the improvement of patients’symptoms,and reduce the levels of Th17,IFN-γand IL-21,which is worthy of promotion.
