桑白皮汤加减治疗痰热闭肺型小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified mulberry root bark decoction in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat obstructing lung type

目的探究桑白皮汤加减治疗痰热闭肺型小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法以2019年1月至2020年1月收治的100例痰热闭肺型小儿支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,试验组在此基础上配合桑白皮汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、症状消失时间、炎症因子水平、症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的肺部啰音、咳嗽、喘息及发热症状消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均显著低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的喘促、咯痰、咳嗽、发热症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的喘促、咯痰、咳嗽、发热症状积分均显著低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桑白皮汤加减治疗痰热闭肺型小儿支原体肺炎效果显著,可缩短患儿的康复时间,改善机体炎症因子水平及症状积分,且不会增加不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified mulberry root bark decoction in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat obstructing lung type. Methods A total of 100 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat obstructing lung type admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects. According to random number table method, the children were divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the experimental group was treated with modified mulberry root bark decoction on this basis. The treatment effect, symptom disappearance time, inflammatory factors levels, symptom scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 82.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptom disappearance time of pulmonary rales, cough, wheezing and fever in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-8, IL-6, TNF-α and CRP between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of IL-8, IL-6, TNF-α and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in symptom scores of wheezing, phlegm, cough and fever between the two groups(P >0.05);after treatment, the symptom scores of wheezing, phlegm, cough and fever in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Modified mulberry root bark decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat obstructing lung type, it can shorten the recovery time, improve the levels of inflammatory factors and symptom scores, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth promoting.
