左甲状腺素钠片联合夏枯草颗粒对桥本甲状腺炎患者甲状腺功能的影响

Effect of levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with prunella vulgaris granules on thyroid function in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis

目的探讨左甲状腺素钠片联合夏枯草颗粒对桥本甲状腺炎患者甲状腺功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的118例桥本甲状腺炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(59例,左甲状腺素钠片)和观察组(59例,左甲状腺素钠片+夏枯草颗粒)。比较两组的甲状腺功能改善情况、中医证候积分、IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-10水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3个月后,观察组的甲状腺功能改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的中医证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的IFN-γ、IL-2水平均降低,IL-10水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月内,两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠片联合夏枯草颗粒治疗桥本甲状腺炎的效果显著,可改善患者的甲状腺功能及免疫因子水平,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with prunella vulgaris granules on thyroid function in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Methods A total of 118 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group(59 cases, levothyroxine sodium tablets) and observation group(59 cases, levothyroxine sodium tablets +prunella vulgaris granules). The improvement of thyroid function, TCM syndrome score, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-10 levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of improvement of thyroid function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score of both groups reduced, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 decreased, and the level of IL-10 increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Within 3 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with prunella vulgaris granules in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis has a significant effect, which can improve the patient’s thyroid function and immune factor levels, and has high safety.
